Choose the right fence specification based on your security requirements:

• Grade 1 — Visual Deterrent: 2.0mm chain link, 1.2m height — suitable for marking boundaries, parks, and residential perimeters. Lowest cost, minimal security.
• Grade 2 — Basic Perimeter: 3.0mm welded panel, 1.5m height, 50×200mm openings — suitable for warehouses, parking lots, commercial properties. Resists casual climbing.
• Grade 3 — Industrial Security: 4.0mm welded panel, 2.0m height, 50×100mm openings + triple-point barbed wire top — suitable for factories, logistics centers, utility substations. Climb-resistant, tool-resistant.
• Grade 4 — High Security: 5.0mm double-wire 358 mesh, 2.4m height + anti-climb topping — suitable for data centers, military, prisons. Anti-cut (15+ minutes with bolt cutters), anti-climb, anti-pry.
• Grade 5 — Maximum Security: 6.0mm 358 mesh, 3.0m+ height + razor coil + buried anti-dig skirt + vibration sensors — suitable for critical national infrastructure, embassies. Integrated electronic detection.

6. Installation Best Practices

1. Site Survey: Mark post positions at 2.0–2.5m intervals. Identify underground utilities before digging.
2. Foundation: Concrete footings 300×300×600mm minimum for 2.0m posts. Increase to 400×400×800mm for 3.0m+ posts or high-wind zones.
3. Post Installation: Set posts in concrete, plumb to within 3mm per meter. Allow 48-hour concrete cure before panel attachment.
4. Panel Attachment: Bolt panels to posts using manufacturer-specified clamps. Torque to 25–30 Nm. Check alignment every 10 panels.
5. Gates: Install gate posts with extra-deep footings (800mm minimum). Hang gates, adjust hinges for smooth swing, install drop bolt and padlock.
6. Final Inspection: Check all fasteners, test gate operation, verify post plumb. Touch up any coating damage with zinc-rich paint.

7. Export Packaging & Logistics

• Panel Packaging: Stacked flat on pallets, 50–100 panels per pallet, wrapped with UV-stabilized stretch film and steel strapping
