Slope protection mesh systems include rockfall protection netting, high-tensile steel mesh, and TECCO system components designed for infrastructure safety. Manufactured from high-tensile steel wire (1770 N/mm2) with cross-diagonal weaving pattern, our slope mesh provides superior resistance to rockfall impacts and slope deformation. Products include simple drapery mesh, ring nets, and complete engineered systems with anchors and boundary cables. Galvanized or Galfan coating ensures long-term corrosion protection in mountainous and coastal environments.
Slope protection mesh systems include active rockfall netting (high-tensile wire rope nets anchored to unstable slopes), passive drapery mesh (chain-link or double-twist mesh covering exposed rock fac

TECCO mesh uses high-tensile steel wire (1770 N/mm2) in a cross-diagonal diamond pattern, designed for active slope reinforcement with soil nails or rock bolts. Standard rockfall netting uses lower-tensile wire in a simple double-twist hexagonal pattern for passive drapery applications. TECCO systems are engineered for specific slope conditions with calculated anchor patterns.
For light rockfall hazards, 2.0mm-2.7mm wire with 50x50mm mesh is sufficient. For moderate hazards, 2.7mm-3.0mm with 60x80mm mesh is standard. For high-energy rockfall zones, 3.0mm-4.0mm wire or ring nets (300mm rings, 3mm-4mm wire) are required. Site-specific design by a geotechnical engineer is recommended.
Installation involves: (1) Site survey and rock bolt/anchor placement, (2) Unrolling mesh from the top of the slope downward, (3) Securing the mesh to anchors with boundary cables and claw plates, (4) Tensioning the system. For passive systems, mesh is simply draped and secured at the top and bottom. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Galvanized coating (ASTM A641, 245+ g/m2) is standard for most applications. For coastal, tropical, or highly acidic environments, Galfan (Zn-5%Al) coating provides 2-3x longer life. In extreme conditions, PVC-coated wire mesh is recommended. Service life ranges from 25 years (galvanized) to 60+ years (Galfan or PVC).
Yes, we supply complete systems including mesh, rock bolts, anchor plates, boundary cables, claw plates, and accessories. We can also provide design assistance based on site conditions, rock type, slope angle, and design rockfall energy. Custom mesh dimensions and panel sizes are available.
Our products comply with ETAG 027 (European Technical Approval for rockfall protection kits), ASTM A975, and EN 10223-3. High-tensile mesh meets ASTM A1064 requirements. All products come with MTC documentation and can be third-party inspected.
