Production Timeline

This order is being manufactured in three production batches over a six-week period:

  • Batch 1 (Weeks 1-2) — 18,000m² of wire mesh, quality inspection completed, ready for container loading.
  • Batch 2 (Weeks 3-4) — 17,000m², currently in production on our automated double-twist weaving machines.
  • Batch 3 (Weeks 5-6) — 15,000m², raw material preparation and wire drawing in progress.

Quality Assurance at Every Stage

Every production batch undergoes comprehensive quality testing before shipment:

  • Raw Material Testing — Tensile strength verification of incoming steel wire rod (target: 450-550 N/mm²).
  • Wire Diameter Inspection — Continuous monitoring with digital micrometers (tolerance: ±0.05mm).
  • Mesh Opening Verification — Sample testing every 500 meters (tolerance: ±5%).
  • Zinc Coating Weight — Destructive testing per ISO 1461 standard (minimum: 245g/m²).
  • Tensile Test — Final product tensile strength: 400-500 N/mm² (tested per ISO 6892).

Logistics and Export Documentation

Our logistics team handles the complete export process, including:

  • Container loading optimization — typically 5,000-6,000m² per 20GP container
  • Export packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin
  • Mill test certificates and third-party inspection reports (SGS available upon request)
  • Customs declaration and export clearance
  • Booking confirmation with shipping line and bill of lading coordination

Export Capacity

With five automated weaving lines and two hot-dip galvanizing baths operating in two daily shifts, our factory can produce up to 200,000 square meters of gabion mesh per month.
